# Dershaneler için deneme analizi ve öğrenci takibi

Dershane ve kurslar için DerecePanel; kurumun kendi optik veya Excel deneme sonuçlarını toplu yükler, sınıf ve şube kırılımında analiz eder, koç ataması ve rol bazlı yetkiyle her öğrencinin programını tek kayıtta yürütür.

## Kurumda sorun deneme değil, denemeden sonrası

Çoğu dershane her ay deneme yapar ve optik okutur. Zorluk sonra başlar: sonuç listesi yöneticiye gider, koçlara Excel olarak dağıtılır, her koç kendi dosyasında not tutar, öğrenciye dönüş WhatsApp mesajıyla olur. Üç ay sonra “bu öğrenci geometride ilerledi mi?” sorusunun cevabı dört ayrı dosyada dağınıktır.

## Toplu yükleme ve sınıf, şube kırılımı

Kurum optik okuyucudan çıkan sabit genişlikli dosyayı (.dat/.prn) ya da Excel/CSV şablonunu yükler. Optik okuyucusu olmayan şubeler formu kamera veya tarayıcı görüntüsünden okutabilir. Sonuç merkezi denemeyi bütün sınıflar için listeler; öğrenci listesiyle eşleşmeyen satırlar yükleme raporunda kalır ve düzeltilmeden analize girmez.

Analiz merkezi aynı denemeyi ders ve konu düzeyine indirir, sınıfları kıyaslar ve birden çok deneme boyunca trendi gösterir. Kurumsal planda şube ve kampüs kırılımı vardır; yönetici hangi şubede hangi konunun genel olarak zayıf kaldığını tek tablodan okur.

## Koç ataması, roller ve kurumda kalan geçmiş

Her öğrenci bir koça atanır. Koç yalnız kendi öğrencilerini görür; kurum yöneticisi bütün koçları, sınıfları ve şubeleri görür. Görüşme notları, randevular ve programlar öğrenci profiline yazılır.

Bir koç kurumdan ayrıldığında öğrencilerinin deneme geçmişi, notları ve programları kurumda kalır; yeni koç aynı kayıttan devam eder. Kurumlar arası veri izolasyonu vardır; başka bir kurum verinizi görmez.

## Analizden programa, programdan öğrenciye

Zayıf konular haftalık veya otonom programa taslak görev olarak düşer; koç düzenleyip onaylar. Hata reçetesi denemedeki yanlış sorulardan kişisel tekrar paketi hazırlar. Kitap kütüphanesi kurumun kaynaklarını öğrenciye veya sınıfa atar ve ilerlemeyi izler.

Öğrenci kendi panelinden programını, görevlerini ve deneme geri bildirimini telefondan ya da bilgisayardan görür. Onyx, koçun ve öğrencinin panelinde, panele girilmiş net ve konu verisine bakarak kısa özet ve odak önerisi üretir.

## Hangi kurum için uygun, hangisi için değil

Uygun olduğu kurumlar: kendi yayınevi veya optik denemesini yapan YKS dershaneleri, koç başına öğrenci atayan kurslar, birden çok şubesi olan ve şubeleri aynı tabloda görmek isteyen yöneticiler.

Uygun olmadığı durumlar: LGS hazırlığı yapan kurumlar (LGS ürünü yoktur), velilere ayrı giriş portalı açmak isteyenler (Ekim 2026 itibarıyla yoktur), ön kayıt, muhasebe ve tahsilatı tek sistemde arayanlar ve hazır soru bankası satın almak isteyenler. Bu ihtiyaçlar için kurum yönetim yazılımları veya yayınevi platformları daha uygundur.

For dershane schools and course centers, DerecePanel bulk-uploads the institution’s own optical or Excel mock results, analyzes them by class and campus, and runs each student’s plan on one record with coach assignment and role-based access.

### The problem is what happens after the exam

Most dershane schools run monthly mocks and scan them. The trouble starts afterwards: results go to the admin, are emailed to coaches as spreadsheets, each coach keeps notes separately, and feedback reaches students by chat. DerecePanel puts that on one student record: the exam is uploaded once; the admin sees campus and class tables, the coach sees topic breakdowns for their students, and the student sees their tasks from the same data.

### Bulk upload and class/campus breakdowns

The institution uploads fixed-width scanner output (.dat/.prn) or an Excel/CSV template. Campuses without a scanner can read forms from a camera or scanner image. The results hub lists the exam across all classes; rows that do not match the roster stay in the upload report until fixed. The analysis hub breaks the exam down to subject and topic, compares classes, and shows multi-exam trends. Institution plans add campus breakdowns so an admin can see which topic is weak on which campus.

### Coach assignment, roles, and history that stays

Each student is assigned to a coach. Coaches see only their students; the institution admin sees all coaches, classes, and campuses. Session notes, appointments, and plans are written to the student profile. When a coach leaves, the exam history, notes, and plans stay with the institution and the next coach continues from the same record. Data is isolated per institution.

### From analysis to plan to student

Weak topics become draft tasks in the weekly or autonomous plan; the coach edits and approves. The error prescription builds personal review packs from wrong items. The book library assigns the institution’s resources to a student or class and tracks progress. Students see plans, tasks, and exam feedback on phone or desktop. Onyx gives short summaries and focus suggestions from data already in the panel.

### Which institutions it fits, and which it does not

Good fit: YKS dershane schools running their own publisher or optical mocks, course centers that assign students to coaches, and multi-campus admins who want campuses in one table. Not a fit: LGS preparation (no LGS product), a separate parent login portal (none as of October 2026), enrollment/accounting/payment management in one system, or buying a ready-made question bank. Pricing is packaged by student count; multi-campus institutions get a quoted Institution plan. The 14-day trial needs no credit card.
